Professional Counselor Associate, MA

As a compassionate counselor dedicated to supporting individuals through their mental health journey, I bring a unique blend of expertise and warmth to my therapeutic practice. I work to help clients with relational issues, trauma, loss, depression and anxiety. My goal is to empower my clients to navigate their emotions and experiences with resilience and self-awareness.

My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from modalities such as brief psychodynamic therapy, internal family systems, and emotion-focused therapy to create a safe and collaborative space for healing. I believe in the power of exploring one’s inner world to cultivate deeper understanding and insight, ultimately fostering personal growth and transformation.

I also have a deep understanding of the complex interplay between mental health and sports performance. As an ex-college athlete, I am well-equipped to support athletes in addressing the pressures and demands they face both on and off the field. Through my work, I help clients build emotional resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and enhance their overall well-being.

I am committed to providing empathetic and effective therapy that honors each individual’s unique experiences and strengths. Through my guidance and support, clients can embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.

As a counselor, my hope is to create a space where you feel truly welcomed and safe. I approach counseling with a person-centered mindset, focusing on you as the expert of your own life. I believe that every person’s story matters deeply, and my role is to listen, to understand, and to walk alongside you as you navigate your journey. I aim to cultivate a warm, empathetic environment where trust can grow, and where you feel safe enough to share your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Together, we can build a therapeutic alliance that’s grounded in unconditional positive regard, creating a strong foundation for meaningful growth and healing.

My hope is that through our time together, you will experience a greater sense of confidence, overall wellness, and clarity. My clientele has included both individuals and couples who have processed various issues such as depression, grief, anxiety, trauma, athletic performance-related pressure, eating disorders, and relational dynamics. No matter what you are dealing with- I am here to support you with compassion and care. No matter who you are, where you come from, or what you believe, I am committed to bringing my best to every session. I’ll be there to encourage you every step of the way, helping you discover new possibilities for hope and understanding.

With a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Corban University and as a Professional Counseling Associate registered in Oregon, I am confident in my ability to support you, whatever your journey may be.
